Do you have insurance?

Yes! If your venue requires your vendors to be insured I can certainly provide any needed documentation.

How long will it take to receive our photos and videos?

I provide a photo sneak-peek within 48 hours of the event. My turnaround time for a photo gallery is generally 3 to 5 weeks depending on the season. Videos can take a bit longer to complete but you will receive all deliverables within 12 weeks.

What happens if you’re suddenly not available to photograph as planned?

I would provide a replacement photographer/videographer that I trust and can provide the same quality of service.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! However, I do require a 25% non-refundable retainer to reserve your date and other resources required for your event. The remaining 75% I split into equal payments to be due the week of your wedding. If you would like to organize a specific plan I am open for discussion!

What equipment do you use? Are our photos and videos safe?

I use professional-grade Canon mirrorless cameras and lenses. Each camera records onto two memory cards at once for redundancy and all files are immediately stored in multiple locations following the event.

Are we required to order prints from you?

Nope! For convenience your online gallery includes a built-in shop for prints, canvases, cards (and more!) that are processed by a professional lab and delivered straight to you. However, you’re welcome to print from anywhere you’d like!

Are there travel fees?

This really depends on the location and what all you would like covered. I don’t charge for travel if your location is within 75 miles of Atlanta. Let me know what you have planned and we can discuss any travel arrangements if needed.

How many photos will we receive?

I do not put a limit on the number of photos provided. The average is 75-100 photos per hour of coverage with two photographers but this also depends on other factors such as number of guests for example.

Do you photograph/film outside of weddings?

Yes! I also do portraits, headshots, family sessions, and real estate!
